Track

We are a competitive, championship youth Track training program for children and adolescents (5-14 years old). The Eagles track program is designed to support the athlete's overall fitness, mainly: physical development, mindfulness, nutrition, and character/ sportsmanship. Family dynamics, respect and discipline are important elements of this program. This track program is a strength and speed development program for runners, as well as for athletes preparing for other sports (basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball, etc.). In addition, it is a suitable youth program for year-round overall physical fitness. There are three seasons: cross country, indoor and outdoor tracks. Register for the 2024-2025 seasons here.
